Program Overview
The People, Purpose, Progress professional learning program is designed for emerging and established school leaders who want to strengthen their leadership capabilities, build collaborative teams and create positive change within their school community.
Through interactive activities, guided reflection and practical leadership tools, participants explore how their leadership style influences others and develop the confidence to lead with clarity, integrity and purpose. The program can be tailored for classroom teachers, wellbeing staff, middle leaders, learning specialists and executive leadership teams.

Developing Leadership Insight: Exploring personal values, strengths, communication preferences and leadership styles. Participants consider how their emotions, assumptions and behaviours influence their decisions and relationships.
Enhancing Interpersonal Skills: Strengthening communication, active listening, feedback and conflict-resolution skills to support positive professional relationships.
