Understand peer relationships in adolescence and transition.
Manage effective communication styles for addressing conflict practiced through games and role plays.
Identify and apply their preferred coping mechanisms for managing difficult emotions, particularly those related to low self-esteem (i.e. fear, loneliness, stress, etc.) and have access to a ‘toolbox’ of strategies
Confront specific concerns and fears about high school.
Optional Family Forum: Bridging the Gap
An optional Family Forum complements our student sessions, fostering open communication between students and their parents or carers. Our Family Forums are designed for parents/carers and/or their children who want to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges young people face today and learn practical strategies to support their wellbeing and resilience.
